Lee brings the experience and leadership to effectively lead the town as Supervisor, and to represent Stuyvesant on the Columbia County Board of Supervisors.
Lee has extensive experience on both town and county-wide community boards, having served as the President of the Board of the Philmonmt Hearth and 4-H Advisory Committee. She is currently serving on the Columbia County Community Services Board Sub-Committee for Mental Retardation and is a Trustee of the Kinderhook Memorial Library. Lee is a member of the Stuyvesant Recreation, Depot, and Farmers Market committees. Lee can prioritize, recruit talent, team build, initiate and follow through!
She holds a Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University. As Director of Day Services at COARC for 12 years, Lee managed budgets of over $1 million and a large staff. Currently she is providing critically needed out-patient services for people with developmental disabilities in Columbia County.
Lee raised two children in Stuyvsant as a singe working mom.
